Orders shipped via DPD will arrive within 1-2 days. Order before 10am for next day delivery (exc Sundays and Bank Holidays)
Orders shipped via Parcelforce must be signed for and will arrive within 1-2 working days. Order before 10am for next working day delivery.
During busy periods, we reserve the right to amend this. You will be informed of any known delays to despatch date at the time of purchase, or as soon as possible thereafter. All UK deliveries are signed for.
Despatch/Delivery dates may be different around peak periods, holiday periods, or bank holidays.
Highlands and Islands (inc. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly), Northern Ireland
Due to the weight of our kits, the cost of shipping to the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland is higher than for other locations in mainland UK and delivery may take longer than stated above.
Exclusions – Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Military Addresses
We do not accept website orders to be shipped to the Channel Islands or Gibraltar. We are also unable to accept online orders shipping to military addresses (including but not limited to BF or BFPO postcodes).
Online orders placed for addresses outside of our shipping areas will be refunded. We are however able to make special arrangements to some destinations. Contact us at hello@edinburghcasting.com to enquire about shipping to your address.
We are unable to accept online orders shipping to military addresses, PO BOX addresses, 3rd Party Forwarding Agents, Drop-Box/Locker style facilities.
If the courier is unable to deliver to your address, we will require an alternative address.
Refunds, Returns, Non Receipt and Other Info
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@edinburghcasting.com before your item has been despatched. If you are able to contact us before despatch, your item will be refunded in full. Refunds are made at the discretion of The Edinburgh Casting Studio to the payment method shown on purchase receipt.
In the case that your order has been dispatched and you have received your item but have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item. In this case please contact The Edinburgh Casting Studio where you will be advised on the return process. Any goods to be returned must be in saleable condition, and unopened. If you have contacted us for a return, we must receive the item within 30 days. Items that are returned within this period, unopened and in fully saleable condition are eligible for a full refund of original product costs.
The buyer must cover cost of return postage charges, and is responsible for keeping proof of postage. Using a recorded delivery service is recommended, for the buyer’s protection. The buyer has the duty of reasonable care when returning goods to ensure they are repackaged well and will arrive in a re-saleable condition. If the items are returned from the buyer and have been damaged in this return, but can be repackaged/re-labelled and resold, a repacking fee will be charged.
If a discounted item is returned for refund, the price charged on the customer’s invoice will be processed.
All items pass a thorough quality check before dispatch, to ensure satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, please notify The Edinburgh Casting Studio by 2pm the following day, so we can raise a claim with our courier, and arrange replacements where necessary. The Edinburgh Casting Studio may ask for digital photographs of your item so they can understand any damage/fault/defect. If an incorrect item was sent, return postage will be refunded and a replacement sent.
When contacting us with a request for a refund, please include the following details:
– Your full name and address
– Item purchased
– Reason for return
– Payment method
– Photo of damaged/faulty/defective goods (where applicable). Should any problems arise with your products as a result of use, photographs are essential in order to assist you.
– Purchase date and order reference

Order Size
Deliveries are a flat rate for orders up to 30kg. This means you can add a number of kits to your order and the shipping will remain the same.

We are able to quote for shipping to other countries worldwide.
